Delete your account

From the app (fastest)

1. Open Gala and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm twice. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Can’t access the app?

Email gabrieldaduya@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, plans and itinerary content, votes, saved and joined plans, uploaded images, and authentication data are permanently removed. Deletion cannot be undone. Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax/billing records held by the app stores) are kept only as long as the law requires.
