These Terms (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the Gala app and services. By creating an account or using Gala, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Gala.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region.
Acceptable use & user content
You own the content you create, and you grant Gala a licence to host and display it so the app can function (e.g. sharing a plan with collaborators). You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, hateful, or infringing content, harass other users, or misuse the service.
Gala has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report content or block users in-app; we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts within 24 hours.
AI-generated content
Itineraries and suggestions may be generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete (e.g. opening hours, prices, availability). Verify important details before you rely on them. AI output is provided “as is.”
Subscriptions (Gala Pro)
Gala Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app or the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers & liability
Gala is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Gala is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of plans, venues, or activities arranged through the app.
